Additionally, this content has been updated for SQL Server 2008 R2. The entire "jumpstart" content has been managed by Roger Doherty (blog) and he created a very comprehensive page at Channel 9 for this which is titled and available as: Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Update for Developers Training Course.
